One of the most exciting features of Hatch Bloomington is that the community plays a big role in deciding which business ideas will receive the contest award.

Vote to choose the Top 3 finalists

During the week after the Top 10 semifinalists present their pitches, any member of the public may cast one vote to support their favorite Top Ten entry. The top three presentations will advance to the “Hatch Off” final round.

Vote to help decide Hatch Bloomington contest winner

In the “Hatch Off” round, the Top 3 finalists will again present their business ideas, this time in more detail, live in front of the public and judging panel.

During the week following the Hatch Off event, the public can cast a vote to help choose the contest winner.

We use a secure online voting system to prevent duplicate and fraudulent votes. You don’t need to be a Bloomington resident to vote—everyone following the competition is welcome to participate.
